Some clients make appointments then postpone them at short notice, or even simply don't turn up. You show you're ready to commit to attending, by paying a deposit. You must understand your part of the bargain.

  1. You will have booked and paid for the Hypnotherapists's time
  2. If you don't come, forget, or postpone late, then you will forfeit the payment - (See below)
  3. Deposit only refundable within 3 days of making the appointment (less a £10 fee).
  4. Banks charge small businesses for refunds so all refunds will attract a handling/banking fee of £10.
