Non-Public Information (Explanation)
EXPLANATION: Unfortunately, unscrupulous traders often falsify testimonials. The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) expects
all Testimonials to be 'checkable'. So, from May 2010 onwards, should the million to one situation arise where the ASA actually
requested me to prove this, it would be very helpful if I was able to contact you to ask you to confirm to the ASA that
the entry was genuine. I would not give your details to the ASA, or anyone else, without contacting you, first.
Please do not feel obliged to do this. Confidentiality is very important and so you must not feel pressured in
any way.
